This is a very nice performing ATS3 KD1JV QRP transceiver with 4 band modules.
There are many sites that have information about this radio but this one http://kd1jv.qrpradio.com/ATS3B/ats3b.HTM
is by the designer of the radio.It comes with all 4 band modules 80,40,30 and 20M. It seems to work fine on all the bands.
I mounted it on a simple piece of sheet metal but you can put it in an Altoids tin if you desire.
There is a site if you google the ATS3 that shows you how.
Included is a CD with the manual and the software for the radio included. This radio is well built and you will not be disappointed with it.
All digital controls and 4 pole crystal filter too.
I know of no other full featured transceiver that is this small.
