Pedals Smooth / Steers Accurate****
No cracks and or breakage in Seat****
Tires - both front and back - are in VERY Good Condition****
This is Steel and NOT plastic in Structure****

This is no longer an option. I will include this into the shipping and handling charges. A recent transaction failed miserably and I can no longer take that chance. This protects both of us.
I have had very little problems with the US mail BUT sometimes things do get lost.
