From 1956, here is a great Madame Alexander Cissy doll. 21" tall with an adult figure. The doll is being sold nude as you see her. Good points- A GREAT vintage substantial doll in lightly played with condition. Beautiful BLUE eyes, beautiful red lips, and a very thick, full auburn wig. (not the best photos- sorry...I need a new camera). I just got this doll from her original owner, and note the following issues. Her head is a little loose. She is missing a couple of lashes in the center of one eye, and some of the surrounding lashes around the missing ones are shorter. She has a couple of tiny scratches on her breast. It looks like a very old repair to a seam split at the hip. NO other splits. The vinyl that fits inside her body cavity on the arm has a tear, and the area around it is shorter? She has 2 dirt specks on her face (I mean little specks) that I could not remove. Also...with the reading glasses on, and under the bright light, I see a factory made circular mark in the paint. I had to darken down a photo and put an orange square around it. I cannot see it with the naked eye...nor does it photograph. It is tiny. Looks like some factory brush marks in the eyeshadow too. I would not consider these to be a flaw. She is nice and clean and ready for display. I don't smell any offensive odors. She has only been cleaned. No restoration has been done on her.
